The flow

One goal for every page: get each visitor, from their route and in their language, to a person on WhatsApp — or to send their CV — in one or two taps. And when the message reaches Tiago, it already says where it came from.

Four journeys, counted in taps

From TikTok, abroad

Example visitor: A 22-year-old in Lima sees your video and taps the link in your bio.

1 tap
  1. 1Link in bio opens «International students» in Spanish
  2. 2Taps WhatsApp

What Tiago receives: «Hola, vivo fuera del Reino Unido y quiero estudiar en una universidad allá. ¿Me ayudan?»

From Instagram, living in London

Example visitor: A Brazilian with pre-settled status sees your post about free courses.

1 tap
  1. 1Post link opens «Home students» in Portuguese
  2. 2Taps «A free funded course» → WhatsApp

What Tiago receives: «Olá, moro no Reino Unido e tenho interesse num curso gratuito financiado pelo governo.»

From Google or a friend

Example visitor: Someone with settled status lands on the home page.

2 taps
  1. 1Home: taps «I already live in the UK»
  2. 2Taps «University with Student Finance» → WhatsApp

What Tiago receives: «Hi, I live in the UK and I'd like to go to university with Student Finance.»

Looking for a job

Example visitor: A resident who wants work, not study.

1 tap
  1. 1Menu: «Upload your CV» (or the job card)
  2. 2Fills name, WhatsApp, CV, consent → sent

What Tiago receives: «Row in your Google Sheet: date · route · intent · language · name · WhatsApp · CV link · consent»

Most visitors don't land on the home page

Your traffic comes from TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. If every link goes to the home page, each visitor pays one extra tap. So each network and campaign links straight to its route, in its language, where WhatsApp is one tap away. The home page is for people who arrive with no context.

Before we fix the link in your bio, a 30-minute favour: tag your last 30 enquiries by audience (abroad / in the UK), what they wanted, language and network. It tells us where most of your people really are.
